Pre Made Menu Options

There is a 20 person minimum for each meal option. Veggie/Vegan options, we will need to provide a head count.

Menus designed for use of Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center space rental clients. when filling out our form request, please select which menu option and in the comments mention that you’re with the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center

All options come standard as a drop off and will be set up ready to eat within 40 min. Serving utensils will be provided along with disposable plates, napkins and flatware.

Menu options below can be used for other events as well!

Meal Option 1

Herb roasted chicken thighs over cilantro lime rice with veggies, cucumber tomato salad topped with chimichurri and pickled red onions. (gf, df, nut free)

Veggie/Vegan option: Edamame Falafel (gf, df, nut free)

Meal Option 2

Teriyaki marinated chicken over quinoa rice and veggie blend with garlic sesame green beans (gf, df, nut free)

Veggie/Vegan Option: Fried tofu (gf, df, v, ve, nut free)

Pork Tenderloin with shiitake, apples and sage nestled with smashed red potatoes, garlic and herb green beans topped with sage beurre blanc (gf, nut free)

Veggie/Vegan Option: Sliced house made seitan (contains gluten, nut free, df)

Meal Option 4

Rosemary roasted chicken breast with creamy whole-grain mustard cream sauce and blistered cherry tomato over rice pilaf with butternut squash and kale (gf, df without sauce [sauce contain dairy but will be on the side] nut free)

Beef Tri Tip medallions with wild mushroom demi sauce, roasted red potatoes and mixed seasonal veggies (gf, df, nut free)
